These charges also represent the cost o.' Conveying Land. Inasmucn as applicants to bring land nnder the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fee3 is Given, When desired by tte Ap*. licant in all eases where the proprietor applies to have the lano registered under the Act iD his own name, and the fe*»s may remain unpaid, until laad is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the provisions of tho Act, in order that whenever he deals with it he ni«y be in a position to avail himself of ihe facilities attorded by having a Registered Title, ean do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until sueh dealing takes place. He will then bo in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at n moment's notice. Under the Regulations iu force on and after the Ist January, 187!-., the charge for Certificates of Titles issued upon Memoranda oi transfer is reduced to Ten .hillings in all ea.es where the value of the land is under Ten Pounds. The total cost of executing a mortgage 01 leaso of land, registered under the Act, is 'J welve Shillings, no matter what the amount involved. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease transferred or surrendered loi i ive Shillings. THESE OTERATIOISS INVOLVE NO DELAY.
