SIB.-THIS is to NOTIFY you tbat you wereAPPOINTEDIEMUND-. 5 KEEPER by Eesolulion of the CouncU, dated 29ih of Octob !r, 1879, and that your appointment wil date from tbat date, and continue for a period of twelve months. I lemain, your obec ient servant, PATRICE BRENNAN, Chairman. INTEEESTIN » TO ALL. Gentlemen, — I am ret alive, thanks to Holloway's Pills. Not riabing to became one of the residents of the Professor's intended Lunatic Asylum now beii g erected in England I lately bought a box )f Holloway's Pills, took them at intervals, and refrained from the " flowing Bowl," an 1 Richard's himseli again. Holloway's Pill' and Ointment are largely used in Bermuda, and that accounts, in my opinion, for th longevity of its inhabitants,- I feel quiifc assured, however that Professor Holloway is and has been one of the greatest benefactor! to the human race that has ever lived, and tl at his name will be handed down to posterity! when the name ot our bravest manslayers arelbrgotton. Strange ! to say that we, in different ways, strive to acquire -the art of killing, lut our own pre» servation we take little heefi of. 1 have lived in Bermuda 26 years, and in that time have inquired of soldiers how thly have preserved their health so well ; the anjwer has generally been, " By not going to thetlrmy Doctor, but by using the Pills and Ointment." By using the above, I amliow found at my Hermitage to be looking mufch younger and more healthy than you have seen me for years. Yours, J. W. OI^DY, Tttckeb Town, Bebmttda, [Formerly Secretary to Duke of Brunswick.] The Bermuda Times, 10th May, 1879.
