UEETIFICATES OP TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY IJS DEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ABI GUARANTEED BY Tli E GOVERNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration in tbe Deeds Registry, over mid above the Solicitor's charge, is never less thun Fifteen Shillings, frequently Tery much more ; while land which has been bought under ibe provisions of "The Lunu Transfer Act " can be transferred at a total coßt of Eleven Shillings where a whole section ie conveyed ; and where only part is couveyed (and therefore a fresh Certificate of Title is necessitated), of 'Ibirity-onC Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the yulue or area of the land.
