Credit for Fees is Q-iven, When desired by the Api licant in all cases where the proprietor applies to have the lami registered under the Act in his own huttc, and the fe^« may remain unp i'c until lund is dealt with. The following are some of the advantages conferred by the Land'Transier svste^i :~ 1. It secures the principal beuPtiu and ad- \ vantages sought to be attained in the system oi registration Of deeds. . 2. It renders retrospective investigation otitle unnecessary as to all iiu.d re gistered. 3. It simplifies the Titks to Re'il Piopertv ioi- the future 4. It makes purchasers of tbe fee and leases periectly secure. b. It simplifies, to the utm »nt possibk extent, the iorms o' transfer and the nio^es ol convey ance. 8. It increases the saieab'e value ofland. 1. It tends to lower tie rate o' interest o*n loans secured on lands. 8. It gives iacilities lor the sale oi lar -c estates in allotments. ° 9. Transactions can be effected at a moment's notice, and at a minimum cost.
