The following are some of the advantages conferred by the Land Transfer system :— 1. It secures the principal beueiits and advantages sought to oe' attained in tiie system oi' registration oi deeds. 2. It renders retrospective investigation o title uwiecessary us to all la-mi re gistered, 3. It siii.pliiies the Titles to Real Piopertv for tLe future i 4. It makes purchasers of the fee aiul | leases perfectly secure. b. It simplifies, to the uirnut possibk extent, the torras o transfer and the modes ot conveyance, 6. It increases the saieabe value of land. 7- It tends to lower the rate o* hterest on loans secured on lands. j 8.
