UEUTER'S CABLEGRAMS. [PEB PBESB AGENCY] Melbourne, July 17. Parliament will meet on the 2n d instant and it is probable tb.pt Lalor meinbsr s for Grant, will be elected Speaker. It is expected that a vote of no confidence in the nev Ministry will be moved on the 28th instant, The ffnal returns of the elections show 35 Ministerialists, and 44 Op« positionists. Seven members, including O'Shannessy and Gaunson, who all voted with Berry on the late division, are classed as doubtful.
