Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the proTisions of the Act, iv order thuJ whenever he deals with it he m»y be in a positipn'to avail himself of the facilities aii'orded by having a Registered Title, can do so WitVout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid uctil such dealing takes place, lie will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a co3t to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title is reected all fees are returned, with the exception of that amoupt. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration iv the Deeds Registry, over aud above the Solicitor's charge, is uevor less than Fifteen .Shillings, frequently ?£ry much more ; while land which has beeu bought under the provisions of " The Laud Transfer Act " can be transferred at a total coßt of Eleveu Shillings where a whole section is conveyed 5 and where only partis conveyed (and therefore a iiesh Ortiiicute of Title is iiecessitated), of Ihinty-one Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, >iv matter what the yalue or area of the laud.
