INANGAHUACOUFTY COUNCIL. WHEREAS tbe Inansjahua County Council, at a nfeeting held on the 19th day of August, 1880, pursuant to the powers conveyed ijjr section 107 ot " Tbe Counties Act. 1f76," ami in exercise of tbe same, and df all other powers in this behalf them enlbling— Resolved : " That a General IRate on all Rate* able Propert r within the said County, for < arrying into effect the general j; irpoees of the said Act, should 1 c made and levied in accoidanc with tbe said Act, and the •• Ra ing Act, 1876." And whereas in and] by tbe said resold" tien tbe Council resllved that the said Rate should be made md levied as aforesaid, for the period c one year from the 2nd day "of October, 1 180, and should be paid in one sum, and hat tbe amount of such Rate should b< the sum of One Shilling in Die pound >v tbe values of the Rateable Property a appearing on the Valuation Roll now in force in the County aforesaid. Noiice, Ikevefore, is hereby given pursuant to Ine povisions of tbe 1 <st mentioned Act, ilat the said Council on Wednesday, tbe Ipth day of September, now instant, intepd to make and levy such Rate, and to order and direct tbat the amount thereof iball be tie sum of One Shilling in the ionnd on the values aforesaid ; that the slid Rate:>hall be for tbe period of OueYprfrom tbe date of the making and levying thereof, and shall be paid in onelsum on Thursday, the 7th day of Oc'btar, now next en» suing ; and notice is! hereby further given that the Rale Book Is open for inspection, as in and by ilfe last mentioned Act provided.
