Lords has also rejected some amendments by the House of Commons in the BuriaU Bill. All this has encouraged new agitas tion agninst the House of Lords, and there are serious differences between the two parties which delay the prorogation of Parliament. September 3. The difference has increased befween the House of Lords, headed by Lord Kedesdale, and the House of Commons. September 4. Mr W. G.
