All Lauds alienated from the Crown after the coming intc operation of " The Land Transfer Act. 1570," are subject to, and must be dealt with, in manner prescribed by the Act. Theea charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inaßmucn. as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to iseue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Api licant in all cages where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in his own uaire, and the fe»s may remain unp ii until lujd is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the proT:sioii3 of the Act, in order thai whenever he deals with it he m.iy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Eegistered Title, can do so Witkour Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. lie will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his iand at a moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title is reected all fees are returned, with the exception 01 that aiLom>t. CEETIFICATES OF TITLE ARE AUCOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES AEE GUARANTEED BY THE GOVFEKMENT. Under the Eegulatious in force on and after the Ist Januai-y, lS7i, the charge for Certiiicates of Titles issued u^on Alemoruiuia of Transfer is reduced to Ten Shillings in all cases where the \alue of the lutid is Wider Ttn Pounds. r llie total cost of executing a mortgage or least* of land, registered under the Act, is Twelve Shillings, no matter wu&t the amount involved.
