Plaintiff said the safe was ordered by defendant's wife, and her reason for not paying for it on delivery was that if she drew her money out of the bank she would lose the interest. Defendant said the safe was left at his house without order. Had a good safe of his own in the house, and had not used the other. Judgment for the amount claimed and costs.
