Dun|*n, October 21 The Morning Herald says that one of Julius VogdV-fViends in Dun" pdin was so anxious^ to ascertain for certain whether lie intended to return to the Colony, that he telegraphed lo him direct, making the inquiry. An answer w-\$ received that Sir Julius does not intend favoring the Colony with his presence at present.
