WARDEN'S COURT.
- Friday, October 22, 1880. (Before Mr Warden Bevell.) Protection was granted to Philip Sulmon for claim nt Italian Gully. "WEI.COMK COMPANY V. EEECHE. This was on application made by the Woleome Company for tlie cancellation of the rertifieate of registration of a fi-eek claim at Boatman's, held by Mr John Br.eche. iVfpssr* Guninness and Lynch for the applicants. Mr Bopche appeared in person, and applied for an adjournment of the case until the next sitting of the Court to enable him to obtain professional ns'is tipce : ibis was objpefed to by theajs p'icanfs and refused by the Court, as was also an application for having the case bend before Warden and As*e!?*orf».
