RULES* AND REGULATIONS. Night of general, entry, JJ3rd December, 1880. No entry will be received for any of tbe races except on this condition — That all disputeß; claims, and objections arising out of tbe racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with, the carrying out of tliis programme shall be final. The term " district horse " shall be uuderstood to mean any horse the lonajide property for a term of not less tl>an three calendar months before the date of the race, of a person residing within tho County of Inangnbua and Riding of Lyell. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary.
