THE Following RESOLUTIONS PASSED at the last meeting of the Hospital Committee will be enforced : Resolved -That in future no person otherwise than those totally destitute be admitted as patients into tbe institution, unless they ai-c subscribers thereto or holders of tickets for one month previous to admission.
