Entries for the wool show close on the Ist December, but exhibits need not be sent in to the Exhibition building until the 3rd January. The object in making j the; Entries so far rafadVanceibE the show is to ensure their' publication in the supplementary catalogue, to" be issued about the end -of the present month* The 'show is likely to .be the best eter held in the world, leading Victorian wool 1 * growers having intimated their intention of esbi.biliug in nearly every class, and n a large number oT exhibits ara to be sent from . Tasmania, New South Wales, and. New Zealand. As the Esoibition is likely ,to bo crowded to excess during the Christ' ulas and New Tear holidays, it was considered desirable by the Animal Products Committee to postpone the reception of the wool until the heaviest crush should have passed, away, thereby leaving the only spsce available for the show comparaliydy free.
