All Lands t lienated from tte Crown after the coming otc operation of "The Laud Transfer A .1870," are enbject to, and must be dea with, in manner prescribed by the Act. ' The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the- land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act : — 1. " These charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmucn as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Applicant in nil cases where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in his own name, and the fe?s may remain unp Vi until . la_d is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes tn bring his land uuder the provisions of the Act, in order thai whenever he deals with it he may be in a position to avail himself of thfacilities afforded by having a Begistered Title, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remuin unpaid uutii such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, ov otherwise deal with his lund at a moment's notice. Th i total cost of executing a mortgage or lcaso of land, registered' under the Ace, is Twelve Shillings, no matter wltat the amount involved.
