Owing to the increase of agrarian outrages and agitation in County Clare, and parts of Connly Sligo, in Ireland, both the districts have been proclaimed " dis'urbed." In consequence of renewed rumors of Fenian activity and possible attacks on various Government establishments/ The magazines at Woolwich arsenal are now strongly guarded by detachments of troops, and every pre» partition has been made against any assault.
