The term " County hors* " shall be under* s>ood to mean any horse, the bona fide property of persons resident in the County for a term of not less than three calendar months before the date of the race, of a person residing within the County of Inangahna. No entry will be received for any of the races, except on this condition, that all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided bT the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint, tbeir decisions npon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme Shall be final. In the event of any person entering a pro* test, the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, tbia sum to be forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
