Post entry of 1 soyRULES AND~REaULATIONS, All races to be open to County horses only. The term " County hors* " shall be under* s>ood to mean any horse, the bona fide property of persons resident in the County for a term of not less than three calendar months before the date of the race, of a person residing within the County of Inangahna. Night of general entry, to be 14th of March. No entry will be received for any of the races, except on this condition, that all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided bT the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint, tbeir decisions npon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme Shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money and qualification enclosed with the name, age, and pedigree of the horse — name of the owner, and colours of the rider. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race, unless he be a subscriber to the j race fund of not less than one guinea. No horse that has won publio money (£10) I i» qualified to enter for the Hack Pace, Farmer's Plate, or Saddle and Bridle Race. In the event of any person entering a pro* test, the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, tbia sum to be forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
