The accounts from Temora are uniformly unfavorable. The reported gold discovery at Mount Pool is expected to cause a rush there directlf. A letter from Wilcania says that parties are organising there with teams to convey rations to the new gold field. No persons can venture without plenty of means, as the diggings are two hundred miles distant and quite isolated, Wilcannia I eing the nearest town to Mount Pool, and the stages between water are of forty to fifty miles. The area of the diggings is not known, but the gold brought down icdicates extensive deposits. Old residents (N.S.W.) repeatedly predicted that gold wonld be found there. Government B re urged to construct tßnks along the route, A large number of people are , leaving for Mount Pool diygint'S. It is reported, that gold is plentiful at a depth of from six to thirteen feet. Many miners are likel yto go to the Wilcannia rush.
