Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Api licant in all cases where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under tho Act in his own name, and the fV?« may remain unp vi until laad is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the proTisions of the- Act, in order tha: whenever he ; deals with it he may be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Registered Title, can do so Wilkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing tales place. On all Conveyances by Deed under the okl system, the cost of registration iv the Deeds Kegistry, over and above the Solicitor's charge.. is never less than Fifteen Shillings, frequently yery much more ; while land which has been bought under tbe provisions of " The Land •Transfer Act " can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings -where a whole section is conveyed; and where only partis convened (and therefore a fresli Certificate of Title is Necessitated), of Thirity-onc Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the value or area of the land. Under the Regulations in force on and alter the Ist January, lS7fc, the charge for Certificates of Titlts* issued upon iicmoranda of Transfer is reduced to Ten Shillings in all cases where the value of the laud is under Ten Pounds. Transactions can be effected at a moment's notice, and at a minimum rost.
