Any person who consider* lifnumrT AWfrieved by reason of tbe unfairness or incorrectness of any rateable* value in the Valuation List, or by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter therm, or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object a» pm« vided in clause 15 of the Rating Act, 1876. Every objection shall be iv writing under tbe hand of the objector, nud shall be linear as may be in the form in tbe Fourth Schedule of the aforesaid Act and sbal. , be addressed to and delivered at tbe plac* of Sitting of the Assessment Court hereinafter mentioned, on or before the 7»h day of March, proximo.
