Any person who considers bimtelf aggrieved by reason of tbe unfairness or incorrectness of any rateable value in tbe Valuation List, or by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter therm, or the omission of any matter therefrom, may object as pro* vided in clause 15 of the Rating Act, 18701 Every objection shall be in writing under the hand of tbe objector, and shall be as near as may be in the form in the Fourth Schedule of tbe aforesaid Act and shal. be addressed to and delivered at the plac* of Sitting of the Assessment Court here* inafter mentioned, on or before the 7 b day of March, proximo.
