The term " County horse " shall be understood to mean any horse, the botia fide property of persons resident in the County ior a term of not less than three calendar months before tiie date of the race, of a person residing within the County ot Ininguhua. Night of general eutry, to be 14th of March. No entry will be received for any of the races, except on this condition, that all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided bv the Stewards, or those whom they may appoiut, their decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money and qualification enclosed with the name, age, and pedigree of the horse — name of the owner, aud colours of the rider. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race, unless ho be a subscriber to the race fundot, not less than one guinea. No horse that hgs won publio money (£10) is qualified to enter for, the Hack Iface, Farmer's Plate, or Saddle and Bridle Race. In thu event of auy person entering a pro> test, the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, this sum to be forfeited to the fuuds should, the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or yexatious.
