The following" are some of the advantiges conierred by the Land Transfer system :— 1. It secures the principal bem-lits and ad* vantages sought to* oe attained in the system of registration- ot deeds. . 2. It renders retrospective investigation oi title unnecessary as to all laud re gistered. 5. It simplifies the Titles to Real Property ior tke future j 4. It makes purchasers of ike fee and leases perfectly secure. | i>. It simplifies, to tbe utmiyit possible c.ti.t, the iormß oi transfer and the ! ' v .odes ol conveyance* ' 6. It increases the ealeab?e value of hind. 7. It tends to lower the rate o? hterest on loans secured on lands. 8. It gives facilities for the sate oi large estates in allotments. 9. lrußsactions wn be effected at a ifcouient'* notice, and at a minimum cost.
