Greymouth. 24th March. 1881 WRITTEN TENDERS will be re ceived at this Office up to NOON on MONDAY, 25th APRIL, 1881, for the construction of the above works. They must be marked " Tender " on the outside of envelope. Each .of the bridges must be tendered for separately, hot any contractor may tender for more than one if be chooses, provided bis tender for each is separate and unconditional. Plans and specifications may be seen at ibis Office; at the Survey Office, Ueefton; and at the Post Office. Weatport, Tenders with properly filled up schedules roust be sent in on the printed form, which will be supplied on application. Telegraphic tenders .will be received under the u<ual conditions, provided cor responding written tenders are delivered to any General Government Engineer by the time and date above-mentioned.
