[fBOM'OUB OWS COBBESPONDENT.] London, March 29: The Government- has instituted prose* eution against a newspaper called*' Die Freiheim "(The 'Liberty) the organ of German Socialists, printed and issued in London, for publishing an article eulogig* ing the act of the niurderer of the Ce*r. and urging assassination of other crowned heads, to gain the ends of Socialism. March 30. The Ambassadors of the Powers at Constant inonle, acting under authority from their Governments, hare intimated to the Porte their acceptance of its last proposal for the settlement of the Greek frontier, namely, cede Greece larger ex* tent of territory in Thessaly than was previously offered, but the district o Epiru*. and the island of Crete to remain to Turkey. Earl Beaconsfield is expected to be soon restored health. Athene March 29. The army corps has been ordered for service against; the Turks ; should war break out they will concentrate at Chalkio, a sea- port 17 miles to the north* east of Thebes, an important stratogetical position, near the frontier, March 30. In accordance with a decision of the Powers to accept the "Forte's proposal to cede territory in Thessaly alone to Greece, the Envoys of the Powers in this city are urging the. Hellenic Government to agree to proposal and thus arrive at settlement of the Turko-Greek difficulty. Melbdttbne, March 30. The Legislative Council this evening waived the objections raised against the consideration of the Reform Bill, and read the measure a first time, and the second reading has been made an order pf the day for Tuesday next. The Lositania, from Plymouth, has arrived bringing a quantity of froaen fish to the colonies.
