INKERMAN COMPANY. I The adjourned half-yearly meeting m shareholders in the abore company « held at Mr Wise's office on Saturcfl evening— a large majority of the shafl holders were present personally or ■ prosy. The director's report and baianafl sheet were adopted, and a resolutifl passed authorising a survey of the cool try in the vicinity of the mine, in ordfl to determine the best source of wifl supply for a water power battery, whil it is the intention of the company! erect. Messrs Dawson, Barr, Jacobs<fl G. Edwards, and H. Evans, were afl pointed director*, and Mr H. G. Hankl auditor of the company. Subsequent the directors met and arranged with !■ T. M. Atkinson to proceed with tfl survey without delay. In the meantifl the sinking of tho shaft for the dob level will be proceeded with. ■
