Mr Chancey Burgett of Reefton was amongst the passengers, but the name of " Jax. Barnett " given as one of the sur« i vivors may turn out to be Mr Burgett. Owing to the lateness of the hoar at which the details reached as we are pres eluded from further comment, but the melancholy recital {needs nothing to add to its awful sadness.
