Under tbe Regulations in force on and after the Ist January, : 187fc, the charge for Certificates of Titles issued upon Menioranda oi Transfer is reduced to Ten Shillings in all cases where the value of the land ia under Ten Pounds. .Th « total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of. land, registered under the Act, is .Twelve Shillings, no matter what the amount involved. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, oi 1 a lease twwtferred or surrendered for Fife Shillings. THESE OrERATIOiNS INVOLVE NO DELAY. The following are some of the aefvanttees conferred by tbe Land Transfer system :— 1. It secures the principal benefits and advantages sought- to* ue attained in the system of registration of deeds. 2, It renders retrospective investigation of title unnecessary as to airland ro gistered. 3, It simplifies tho Titlos to R<?al Property ior the future 4. It makes purchasers of tUe fee and leases perfectly secure. b. It simplifies, to the utm;»it possibk t-:u.t, the forms of transfer aud the Uiodesof conveyance. 6.
