Thursday, June 30th, 1881, (Before Mr Warden Eevell.) Applications : Ah Long and party, applied for a water- race half a-miie ioog at Merr j'g; granted. Fu Ohong and party : No appearance. C. R. Nelson : Double area at Las key's ; granted. James Stevenson ; Double area 200 ft, Left-hand Branch at Lankey Gully ; and taiNrace 200 yards, which were granted. Kidd and Jones : Double area, 140ft x 282't, Left-hand Branch ; granted. Ah Kin and party : Water-race half a« mile long, tail -race, and dam, in Flowers' left-hand side of Redman's. The application of Wearn's was adadjourned, for a survey to be made by a practising surveyor. The Court then adjourned.
