M'Kee t. M'Cot. Mr Jones for plaintiff said this was an action to recover £20 Is, being the amount of dishonored promissary note. Mr Lewis of the National Bank identified the signature of M'Coy, and said that the note had been domiciled at the Bank, and returned unpaid. Judgment for the amount with costs. Bartlett v. Harold. This was an application for an order to be made against defendant on a judg« ment summons. John Harold was then called, but did not appear. An order was made for 30s per month, in default one months' imprisonment. Shaw v. Pejoock. A claim of £1 10s, for a pair of boots supplied ; judgment for the amount with costs. Same v. Roach e. This was a claim of 14s for two pair of children's boots supplied in February, 1880. Judgment for the amount claimed with costs. Same v. King. Claim for the price of a pair of toota supplied. Judgment by default. "Victory Company v, Bees. No appearance of either party. BoABDMAN T. Ah KID. Claim for £17 14s 3d for goods sup* plied last year. Judgment for amount claimed, wiih 19s costs.
