WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule here o is required to be t-.ken under "The Pnblic Works Act. 1876," and " Tbe Public Worka Act 1876 Amendment Act, 4878," for a certain work, to wit, the construction of a road bridce and roadbridge approaches at Ross Town' and Reefton, in the County of Insngabua, Provincial District of Nelson :— -■-.
