The eratod jury returned a true bill against Bindon Bros , for arson, also against Wickharo, for ] lit: el. Dr/NEDIN. July 6. At the Supreme Court Samuel Stewart, charged with rape on a child 6 years of agp, was acquitted. ' Michael O'Grady, for fraudulent bank ruptcy, was forfrid guilty.
