Thursday, July 14th, 1881. (Before Mr Warden Revell.) Applications : Alexander Donaldson, Merrijig, no appearance. afe IShomaa. Vaup;nan . Merri jig, no appear* ance. Ah Whee, applied for a water race, tail-race 400 yards, dam, and dam No. 2, all in Maori Gully, which were granted. Oliver Johnson, applied for double area, 100ft x 200ft,'. at Laukey Gully ; granted. Luk Chong, applied for a water-race from Denny's to Antonio's Creek, tailrace, and dam, which were granted. The Court then adjourned.
