Thursday, 23th July, 1881. i (Before W. H. Revell, Esq., R.M.) ' M'Neil v. Malony. Claim for balance of account for goods sold and delivered; judgment by de« fault, witb costs. Boyd v. Eaton. This was a claim for an unpaid balance of maintenance to the Reefton Hospital, of which defendant had been an inmate, amounting to £12 15. Judgment by default, for the amount claimed with costs. The Court then adjourned.
