RAINY CREEK.

INK KIDMAN. The shaft in the low level js now down a depth of 10S feet. Ten days ago a "horse " of mullock broke the reef, this has vow been sunk through, and a new make of stone, apparently of large size, has come in. This is the first brake which has occurred in a total depth of reef of 2X)3 feet, jthat is, from the surface to bottom of shaft, and as ti.e lode is from 20 to 32 feet wide, whereon it has been cross-cut, some idea may be loamed of the immense body of stone being opened. Three men are employed, and it is the intention of the company to continue the present shaft to a total depth of 200 feet.
