LARRY'S CREEK.

CALEDONIAN EXTFNDED. Since last report the level has been extended 49 feet south. This is the work of three men and the mining manager during the month. Within the last 12 feet a small leader, about three inches thick, has been followed on (he east side of the tunnel, and about half- way up the face, containing real good gold. Stone is also found in the bottom of the drive ou the west side, also showing gold freely. At present it is premature to estimate the value of these discoveries, but the general belief is that this will lead op to some* thing substantial as these leaders form into a solid and united body, of which there is a great probability at present.
