INGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE. AT an adjourned special meeting of tt«e Council held at the Council Chwnberi, Keefton August Ist, 1881, it was resolfed on the mo! ion of Councillor Williams, seconded by Councillor Trennery— That the Council doth by this tesolution make and levy a separate rate of three pence in the pound on the annual ?alue of all rateable property as appearing in the valuation roll for the time being in force within that portion of the Riding of Beefton as d< fined by the following boundaries, vis— On the north by the right-of-way between Sbiel street and Church street | on the south by the loangahua river ; on ths east by Donovan-street and on the weet by Hampden road ; and tbe said tate is hereby made : That it be for a period of one year commencing on the Ist day of September, 1881 ; and that it be payable in one sum on the 7ih day of September. 1881. and this resolution is hereby declared to be a separate order of tbe said Council. Notice v hereby given that the above rate will be due as above stated and that the same must be puid to the Bate Collector or at the office of the Council, Beefton, on the date named.
