Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Ap^ licant in all cases where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in his own name, and the fe?s may remain unp vi until land is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the prorisions of the Act, in order that whenever he deals with it he muy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Registered Jitle, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to iilorlgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his laud at a moment's notice. CEETIFICATES~~OF TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ABE GUARANTEED BY THE GuVKRKMJOrr. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration in the Deeds Registry, over and ahove the Solicitor's charge, is never less than I*ij teen Shillings, frequently very much more ; while land which has been bought under the provisions of •• The Laud Transler Act" can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole section is conveyed; and where only partis conveyed (and therelore a iresh Certificate of Title is necessitated), of Thinty-onc fehillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the value or area oi the land. Under the Eegulatious in force on and alter the Ist January, lS7i, the charge for Certiiicares of Titles issued upon Aiemoi-anciu ol 'Jrnnsfer is reduced to Ten Shillings in all cases where the value of the land id under Ten Pounds. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease tKirsferred or surrendered lor Five Shillings. THESE OIERATIOiSS INVOLVE NO DELAY.
