Ching Chue, head-race, tail*race, and dam ; granted. Ah Quack, water«race, tail-race, and dam, lefuhand side Slab-hut Creek ; granted subject tp peg? being kept in position. Oliver Johnson, tail-race, at Lanky's, and also at Blind Creel?, left«hond branch of Lanky's, which were granted. Alexander Cajrd, residence area H chain? x 3| chains, Cryshington ; granted. James Wearne, special site five acres for stacking tailings at JJurkes' Flat below Ajax Creek, and machine site 2| acres, same locality ; granted, Thomas Wearne, tailing site, 210 yds x 106 yds, junction of Deep and Ajax Creeks ; granted. William M'Call, lea9e five acres at Antonio's Flat ; adjourned for survey. The Court then adjourned.
