INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL WHEREAS the Inangabua County Council at a meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1881, pursuant to the powers conveyed by section 107 of the Counties Act, 1876, and in exercise of the same and of all other powers in this behalf them enabling— Resolved : That a General Rate on all Rateable Property within the said County, for carrying into effect the general purposes of the said Act, should be made and levied , in accordance with the said Act, . and the Rating Act. 1876 And whereas in and by the said reso* Jution the Couucil resolved that the said Rate should bo made and levied as afore* said for the period of one year from the Ist. d*y of October, 1881, and should be paid in one sum and that the amount of snch rate should be tbe sum of One Shilling in the round on the values of the ia'eable property as aps pearing on the valuation roll now in force in the County aforesaid ; notice, there", fore is hereby giren pursuant to the provision* of the last mentioned Act that the said Council on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, now instant, intend to make ond levy such rate, an.l to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sura of One shilling in the pound on the values aforesaid ; that the said rate shall be for the period of One year from tbe date of tbe making and levying thereof, and shall he paid in one sum on Saturday, the 22nd day of October, cow next ensuing; and nntiee is hereby further given that the rate book is opjn for inSDection, as in ond by the last mentioned Act provided, lVed the 4th rhv of October, 1881 JOHN HAROLD, County Clerk
