INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL WHEREAS the Inangahna County Council at a meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1881, pursuant to the powers conveyed by section 107 of the Counties Act, 1876, and in exercise of the same and of all other powers in this behalf them enabling*— Resolved : That a General Rate on all Rate* able Property within the said County, for carrying into effect the general purposes of the said Act, should be made and levied in accordance with the said Act, and the Rating Act. 1876 ■T ' And whereas in and by the said re*oi lution the Couucil resolved that the eaid Rate should be made and levied as afore* said for the period of one year from the l9t d?y of October, 1881, and should be paid in one sum and that tbe amount of such rale should be the sura of One Shilling in the found on the values of the ) ateable property as aps pearing on tbe valuation roll now in force in the County aforesaid ; notice, therefore is hereby ai»en pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act that the said Council on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, now instant, intend to make ond levy such rate, an.i to order and direct that tbe amount thereof shall be the sum of One shilling; in tbe pound on the values aforesaid ; that the said rate shall be for the period of One year from the date of tbe making and ievying thereof, and shall be paid in one sum on Saturday, tbe 22nd day of October, cow next ensainsr ; and notice is hereby further given that the rate book is opjn for inspection, as in and by tbe last mentioned Act provided.
