INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL WHEREAS tbe Inangahua County Conncil at a, meeting beld on the Ith day of October, 1881, pursuant to the powers conveyed' by section 107 of tbe Counties Act, 1876, and in exercise of the same and of ill other powers in this bebalf them enabling— Resolved s That a General Kate on all Rateable Property within the said County, for carrying into effect the general purposes of the said Act, should be made and levied ' in accordance with tbe said Act, and the Bating Act, 1876 And whereas in and by the said resoi lotion the Council resolved that the said Rate should be made and levied as aforesaid for the period of one year from the Ist day of October, 1881, and should be paid in one sum and that the amount of such rate should be the snm of One Shilling in the found on . the values of the rateable property as aps pearing on the valuation roll now in force in the County aforesaid; notice, therefore is hereby given pursuant to the pro- ' vision» of the last mentioned Act that the said Council on Tuesday, the 18ih day of October, now instant, intend to make ond levy such rate, and to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sum of One shilling in the pound oo the values aforesaid ; that tbe said rate shall be for tbe period of One year from the date of tbe making and levying, tliereof, and shall be paid in one som on Saturday, tbe 22nd day of October, now next ensmng ; and notice is hereby further given that the rate book isop^n for inspection, as in and by tbe last mentioned Act provided.
