Jeremiah Creed, for tramway 40 chains at termination of Welcome tramway. Little Bos t man's— ad jpurned for production of notices.' Thomas Jones and party, for funnel 300 feet at foot of Anderson's Creek, near slip Black's Point ; granted. Ko Ting, for water- race about half a-mi.le above Black Sand Creek, for tailrace 20 chain*-, dam bank (BUck Sand Creek), and dam bank half a-mile above the junction at Blackwater ; adjourned for the appearance in person of one of the party. Thomas Crove, dam bank through a tunnel head of Macs GuDy, Soldier's, also tailsrace 400 feet, same locality. Both applications were objected to hy George Wood on the ground that the objector peing a mate of applicant was afraid of being put oot of- the claim in tbe event of these rights being granted to Crove solely. After evidence of the parties to this suit b»cl been take** (he application was granted iv the name of Crovfu John M'Lean, double area, north of James Coehrane's claim, Lankey Gully.. Objected to by D. P. Anderson on tbe ground of prior, application under the Leasing Regulations. Application refused. Jerry Bicovich. double 'eriM*- fc of Anderson's Creek, near the slip ; granted. Mr Lee, on ht-bflf of the Golden Treasure Company ; applied for special site for machine, Murray Creek ; granted. The Eureka Company, applied for a re-hearing of an application, which bad been before the Court at the previous sitting, where an application for a tonne! had beea refused on grounds then stated. The re bearing was refuted, and the com pany were directed to make fresh application nex. Court £ay ; accompanied by the report of the District Surveyor, as to the features of the locality. The Court then adjourned.
