[fBOK OUR OWN" OOSB_;S_-O2*DXKT.] London, October 18 A proelsmation has been issn-d by the Government in Ireland warning all peaceably disposed citi***--- to remain at home after dark until further notice. The manifesto which waa issued yesterday by the L~nd League waa signed by Parnell, Davitt, and others * the document in exhorting tenants tg refuse to pay rent states that those who m*y be evicted for so doing will be supported by American money, and need not fear starvation. The L*nd League further exhorts the tenants to refuse to pay rent until the j Government abandons its terrorism and restores to the Irish their Constitutional rights. Serious disturbances occurred to-day in Dublin, arising out of the excited feeling now prevalent amongst the masses in that city, over the strong measures which are being adopted, by Government fpr the suppression of the League ; large mobs of people gathered to-day in the various parks in the tit v. wrecked several houses, robbed a oum ber of shops and otherwise committed serious depredations before the cona-a--hulary arrived on the scene of the disturb rees. Owing to f ear 3 tbat an attempt msy be made on the life of Gladstone, he is vow uncjer atriet police protection.
