All Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of " Tbe Land Transfer A 1870," are safcgect to, and mußt bedea with, in manner prescribed by the Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the hind under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act: — 1. Inaßmucn as applicants to bring land .under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apj Ijeant in all cases where tbe proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in bis own name, and the fe?s may remain unpi'i until laad is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the proT;sions of the Act, iv order thai whenever be deals with it he m.iy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Registered Title, can do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to Jllortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's notice. Aiiy Title, long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title is reected al 1 fees are returned, with the exception oi tha laiLoiiat. , CERTIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ABQOLVtELJ INDEFEASIBLE. TJuder the Regulations iv force on and after tbe Ist January, 187 i, the charge for Certificates ol Titles issued upon Aieinoraida o! 'Jrnnefer is reduced 'to Ten Shillings in all cases where the value of the land is under Ten Pounds. Th i total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of land, registered under the Aur, is Twelve Shillings, no matter what the amount involved. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease tiarsferred or surrendered ioriive Shillings. THESE OrERATIONS INVOLVE NO DELAY.
