All Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of "The Land Traaefer A 1870," are eubject to, itiul mußtbedta with, in manner prescribed by the Act. The following are examples t the fpe payable for bringing the Und under tbe pro visions of the Laud Transfer Act: — 1. When tbe Title consn>t3 of a Grant, dated on or subsequent to the 28th December, 1841, none of the land included in which has been dealt with— Where tfce Certificate of title is directed to issue in tne name of the A iplicant : Value of land £100 fun 2 Wliere the Certificate of title is directed to issue in the name of the Purchaser: Value of land £KK> ... 1 10 0 Tliese charges are increased by 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. 2. Credit for Fees is Given, When deeired by the Applicant in all cases where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under tbe Act in his own nawe, and the fe?« may remain unp*'« until laad is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the provisions of the Act, iv order that whenever he deals with it he m:>y be in a position to avail himself of the facilities aflbrded by having a Registered Title, can do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing tales place. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to tbe Applicant ot only Five Shillings ; for if the Title ia reected all fees are returned, with tbe exception oi tha laitiOUDt. CERTIFICATES~P TITLK ARE AUCOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ARfTgUARANTEED BT THE GOVERNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under ihe old ««stciu, the cost of registration in the Deeds Registry, over and üborc the Solicitor's churge, is never less tlnm Fifteen -Shillings, frequently 7ery much more; while land which bus been bought under the provisions of "The Lund Transfer .Act" can bo trans/erred at a total cost of Eleven Sbillingß where a whole seviion is conveyed; and where only partis conveyed (and therefore a iresh Certificate of Title is l-ecessitnted), of Tbuily-onc Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the value or area of tbe land.
