His Exoellcncy the Ooveruor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and wi'h the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend the time appointed for holding the elections for the ensuing three jvfars of the councils of tho counties mentioned in the Schedule hereto from the second Wednesday in November next, to the third Wednesday in November next.
