The following are examples f the fee payable for hinging the land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act :— 1. Theee charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmucfc as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apilk-ant in all caeee where the proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in his own uame, and the fe?s may remain unp v't until hnd is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the provisions of the Act, in order tha: whenever he deuls with it he muy be iv a position to avail himself of the facilities aflorded by having a Registered Title, can do so Wit!- out Any Present Cost, by allowing the feeß to remain unpaid until such dealing tal<eß place. He will then be in a position to .Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or othtrwiee deal with his Jand at n moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title ia reected allfecs are returned, with the exception of tha lamoupt. CEETIFICATES~F TITLK ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ARE GUARANTEED BY THE GuVFRKMENT. Th « total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of land, registered under tbe Act, is Twelve Shillings, no matter what the atuouut involved. A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease tuarsferred or surrendered ioi 3nve Shillings. THESE OPERATIONS INVOLVE KO DELAY. The following are some of tbe advantages conferred by the Land Transfer system :~ 1.
